The Sprint is not a course. It is not generic monthly support. It is a month of joint work focused on solving one specific thing for your brand: positioning, the content system, the launch of a new service, or the structure of your offer. We go in together, define the objective, execute with structure, and come out with the finished result and the system to maintain it.-

30-day structure
Week 0 · Diagnosis and Objective
Before we begin, we’ll have a 60-minute session to define exactly where we stand, what we want to achieve by the end of the month, and what we won’t be working on. Without a clear goal, the Sprint doesn’t make sense.
Weeks 1-3 · Execution
Weekly work with a defined structure. Reviews and feedback within 48h maximum. Direct messaging channel for questions between sessions. No waiting for «the next call» to unblock something.
Week 4 · Closing and system
We review what has been built, close it out, and set up the system so that you can maintain it on your own afterwards. No dependency.

Includes:
- Complete audit of communication channels (Instagram, website, bio, and offer) — Sprint starting point
- Initial diagnostic session (60 min)
- 3 work sessions (40 min each, weeks 1, 2, and 3)
- Closing session and system (40 min)
- Delivery Review Within 48 Business Hours

- Final summary of what was built and how to maintain it
Does not include:
- Ongoing Monthly Management (that is the Strategic Management)
- Visual content creation or graphic design
- Posting or scheduling on your social media
Before booking
IT IS for you if:
- You have an active project in the outdoor sector and you know what you want to solve in the next 30 days.
- You've already completed the Strategy Session and have a plan, but you need support to carry it out.
- You are ready to work consistently for a month, not just «whenever you can.».
- You want results in 30 days, not in 6 months.
It is NOT for you if:
- You are not clear on the objective. (Starts with Strategy Session 297€)
- You want me to do everything for you. (The Sprint is joint work, not total delegation)
- You cannot commit to the pace of the month. (If next month you have more margin, that's a better time)
Have you done the Strategy Session yet?
The Sprint is the natural next step. In the Session we diagnose and design the plan. In the Sprint we execute it together.
If you haven't done the Session yet, it might make sense to start there to clearly define the goal before committing to a full month of work.

FAQs
Can I do the Sprint without having done the Session beforehand?
Yes, if you already have the objective clear. If you don't have it clear, the Session helps you define it before starting.
What time are the sessions?
We will coordinate according to your availability. I work with clients in Spain and Latin America during business hours.
Can I pay in two installments?
Yes, you can split your order through Klarna.
What happens if the month gets complicated and I can't keep up?
We discussed it before starting. The structure is flexible within the month, but the minimum commitment is to complete the 4 sessions and respond within the agreed-upon deadlines.
Can I get an invoice?
Yes. Mention it at checkout or write to me afterwards.
What happens when the Sprint ends?
You come out with the finished result and the system to maintain it. If you want continuity, we can discuss monthly Strategic Management.
