Step 1 · Before the session

After booking, you’ll receive a short form: what you do, who you do it for, and where you’re stuck. It takes 10 minutes to complete. I’ll read it before we meet so we don’t waste time during the session.

Step 2 · The session (90 min, via video call)

We work on your real case. Diagnosis first, plan second. No generic theory. No “it depends.”

Step 3 · After the session

Within 48 hours, you’ll receive a written summary of what we covered and the next steps in order. So nothing gets lost and you can get started on your own.

At the end of the session, you’ll have
